Important Note regarding Datamax O'Neil (Formerly Extech) Printers:

From March 31st 2011 Maxa Technologies will no longer repair printers covered under manufacturers warranty for Datamax O'Neil (Formerly Extech). Maxatec will however continue to provide extended warranty and out of warranty repairs.

Printers covered under manufacturers warranty will need to be returned to Datamax O'Neil in Bourg Les Valence, France. To raise a Datamax O'Neil RMAE please download the RMAE form by clicking Here and email the completed form to adminrc@datamaxcorp.com for processing.

If you are unsure if your printer is under manufacturers warranty please contact Maxa Technologies Customer Service on 0161 942 7850

For all other manufacturers and Datamax O'Neil extended warranty and out of warranty repairs please complete the form below to obtain an RMA number.
